Who receives your details

This site belongs to Hypnotic Events, the joint label of Victor Kraemer and Alex Peter Ivanov. Victor Kraemer is the contact for questions about your details.

The site and its forms run on the Growthdesk platform. Growthdesk processes your details on behalf of Hypnotic Events.

What we ask for

That depends on the form you fill in.

• Always: your name and email address.
• Often: your phone number. It is required when you request a date, and optional on the other forms.
• When you request a date: your organisation, the kind of event, the date and time, the venue, the number of guests, your preference for Alex, Victor or both, the language of the show, the length you have in mind, a budget indication and anything else you add.
• When you ask to be kept posted or request a session: your town or city if you fill it in, and what you would like to hear about or work on.
• When you ask on behalf of the media: your outlet or programme, the subject and any deadline.

Each form also sends the page you sent it from. The site also uses a cookie that remembers how you arrived, for example through a search engine or a link. That shows us which pages help people find us.

What we use them for

Only to answer your request or question. For example, to check whether a date is free, to send you a proposal, or to let you know a new date has been set.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can always ask which details we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct or delete them, to limit how we use them, or to hand them over so you can take them elsewhere. You can object to their use as well.

• Send a WhatsApp to +31 6 28 28 64 32.
• Or use the form on the request page and put your request under anything else.

Not happy with how we handle your details? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
